I am delighted with my recent acquisition from Lespets & Camden, in a splendid Victoire Fetique violin bow.
There were several wonderful French bows to choose from in the shop, all in pristine condition and beautifully presented.
Lilly and Antoine worked with me to match this bow to my 1853 Joseph Rocca, and I am delighted with the results.
I also enjoy taking my precious Rocca to the shop for its maintenance, because I know that it gets the highest level of expert care. It is also an excuse to indulge in some instrument talk, and also to try some of the lovely instruments on offer in the shop at any given time.
